These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between Leah Goodman Photography ("Photographer") and the Client ("You") for photography services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of quote being sent out. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 4 weeks before session or wedding. Please note that deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, notice must be provided in writing. While deposits are non-refundable, you may reschedule your session once without penalty, provided you notify us at least 4 weeks before the original session/wedding date.

Our photography services are tailored to capture moments creatively and professionally. While we strive for excellence, the results are inherently subjective due to the artistic nature of photography. The Photographer is not responsible for delays caused by weather, unforeseen events, or tardiness on the part of the Client.

Edited images will be delivered digitally via an online password protected gallery within 12 weeks after the session/wedding. While the Photographer retains copyright of all images, the Client is granted a license for personal use. Commercial use or alteration of the images is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Photographer.

By booking, you agree that the Photographer may use images from your session for promotional purposes, such as showcasing work on a portfolio, website, or social media. Should you wish to opt out, you must provide written notice before your session.

The Photographer’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, acts of nature, or any loss of images beyond our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication. For any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us at leahgoodmanphotos@outlook.com.
